Life: It is fair to say that Mark Wilson Smith is well travelled having lived in eight different countries. He was educated in the French Riviera (at the famous CERAM Grande Ecole) and in the UK.
His background is a mix of three Western European countries, and he prides himself on being a true individual.

Career: After studying at the world renowned Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Mark Wilson Smith embarked upon a career as an actor. He appeared in international feature films, soap operas, theatrical plays, radio dramas, and in TV commercials.
This opened the door to a more varied career in the media. He went on to work professionally as a broadcaster and journalist presenting on TV and radio, where he would interview many world known stars such as Evander Holyfield. Mark even spent time working as a sub-editor for a popular UK magazine.

Continuing to develop his media career, Mark worked as a model being chosen to endorse various products and services. He also worked as a boxing ring announcer in Ireland, allowing him even closer access to the sport he loves.
During his varied career he worked with big name companies such as the BBC, Sky Sports, Yahoo, RTE, Eurosport, and BoxRec to name but a few!

Trivia
He appeared on the BBC quiz show Two Tribes as a special guest.
Mark presented a trophy to the winning jockey at the York Races Summer Music Saturday/SunBets meeting. He was also asked to select the ‘best turned out’ horse and present that award too.
Mark has taken flying lessons.
He represented his home county in the British Tukido Championships
Mark has written a novel and is currently looking for a publisher
