Mark first started working as a model when he was invited to appear in a the ‘photo-novel’ The Last Coiner. Here he posed as the character Robert Smart in what was a publicity book to promote the then upcoming Last Coiner movie.
From there Mark joined a modelling agency in the North of England and was soon chosen to appear in an advertising campaign which would feature on the back of public busses. He would also feature in the poster version of the adverts.
His role as a model also led to him appearing in TV commercials.
Unfortunately, Mark had to turn down a whole host of modelling jobs due to it clashing with other work or him being in the wrong country at the wrong time.
